JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer                  
PQE REQUIRED: 2+       
LOCATION: South Yorkshire                
SALARY: £30,000+ (DOE)                 

THE ROLE:
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new-build matters. The role involves handling files from initial instruction through to completion with minimal supervision, while consistently delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process.
You will liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties, as well as draft and review contracts, title documentation, and search results. There will also be opportunities to contribute to the ongoing development of the department, build and maintain strong client relationships, and play an active role in the continued success of the firm’s property practice.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent residential conveyancing experience). You will have strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and be confident managing a full caseload independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a client-focused approach and the ability to work in a proactive, organised and detail driven manner.
