Commercial Property Solicitor, 1–4 Years PQE, Surrey, £50,000+ (DOE) – Are you an ambitious solicitor looking to develop your career within a dynamic and supportive commercial property team? We’re seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join this growing practice. JOB REF: 215302642

THE ROLE:
• You will advise clients that include property developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions, providing clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused solutions.
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of property and transactional documents.
• Support colleagues and assist other departments where required.
• Play an active role in business development and firm-wide initiatives.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 1-4 Years PQE
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
