Commercial Property Lawyer (PSL), 6+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £80,000+ (DOE) – Ready for the next step in your legal career? JOB REF:2626

THE ROLE:
• As a Professional Support Lawyer, you will drive excellence in legal service delivery, lead knowledge and innovation initiatives, and support the development of our lawyers while strengthening client relationships and market positioning.
• Design and deliver training, mentoring and professional development initiatives across the practice.
• Support members of the commercial property team on complex legal issues and best practice.
• Lead the firm’s commercial property knowledge management strategy, including legal resources, precedents and market insights.
• Drive thought leadership and support client engagement and relationship management initiatives.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE looking for a new challenge.
• Proven experience in knowledge management, precedent drafting and legal technology
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
