JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor                  
PQE REQUIRED: 8+      
LOCATION: Newcastle Upon Tyne                
SALARY: Up to £70,000 DOE                    

THE ROLE:
The appointed Solicitor will manage a diverse and high quality caseload of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, leasing arrangements and development projects. You will provide expert legal advice to a broad range of clients, delivering an exceptional level of service at every stage of the transaction.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience handling a wide spectrum of commercial property work. The ideal candidate will have experience within a reputable law firm and will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in fee generation, alongside the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.
