JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE: 3+ Years
LOCATION: Berkshire (Hybrid Working)
SALARY: Competitive + Benefits


THE ROLE:

This role offers flexibility and can be tailored based on your interests and experience in contentious or non-contentious construction law. Key responsibilities may include:
  • Drafting and advising on standard form and bespoke construction contracts (including JCT and NEC)
  • Managing construction disputes via adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
  • Advising on professional appointments and collateral warranties
  • Providing guidance on compliance with the Building Safety Act and related legislation
  • Running your own caseload with appropriate support and supervision
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationships
