OVERVIEW:
• Advise clients from initial instruction through to successful completion of matters, providing clear, practical guidance throughout the process
• Draft, review and prepare a wide range of private client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage key deadlines and proactively progress files to ensure matters are handled efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
• Oversee the financial aspects of cases, including time recording, billing and effective management of work
• Handle a broad and varied Private Client caseload, including Wills, Trusts, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Open to qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with 2–6 years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise, alongside excellent communication, organisational skills and commercial awareness
• A STEP qualification, or progression towards one, is desirable and will be supported by the firm
