Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor (Legal Director), 6+ Years PQE, London, £100,000+ (DOE) – This role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong contentious restructuring and insolvency experience to play a key role in advising clients, developing the practice and supporting the growth of the wider team. THE ROLE:
• You will advise on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, working closely with colleagues across the firm and contributing to the continued development of the practice.
• Developing and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the team to share expertise and best practice
• Contributing to business development activity, including identifying and pursuing networking opportunities internally and externally, marketing initiatives, and cross-selling opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting, supervising and training junior members of the team

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE
• A strong grounding in contentious restructuring and insolvency
• Excellent technical ability and strong drafting skills
• The ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships effectively
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
• Sound commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
• A proactive, ambitious and organised approach, with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to supervise more junior members of the team.
