Property Litigation Solicitor, 6+ PQE, Hertfordshire, Salary up to £65-80,000 (DOE). OVERVIEW:

• You will manage a diverse range of contentious property matters, with a particular focus on disputes involving land and property, landlord and tenant relationships, and commercial property matters.

• You’ll take ownership of cases from pre-action to trial, guiding clients with clarity and confidence, and representing them in court hearings and trials whenever needed.

• The successful candidate will have at least 6 years’ PQE, with a proven track record and strong technical expertise in property litigation. They will also demonstrate commercial awareness, a flexible approach, excellent client care, and a strong commitment to participating in business development activities.
