JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor (Military Claims)                 
PQE REQUIRED: 3-5 Years     
LOCATION: Greater Manchester                
SALARY: £35,000 (DOE)                   

THE ROLE:
The appointed Solicitor will be responsible for managing a varied and challenging caseload that includes both litigated and pre-litigated military claims, alongside the oversight of industrial disease matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and often high-profile cases, providing expert legal representation throughout the life cycle of each claim.

THE CANDIDATE:
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE handling complex, high-value claims against the Ministry of Defence. This should include experience of fast track and multi-track litigated cases, as well as matters involving both short-tail and long-tail diseases. A strong and practical understanding of litigation processes is essential, together with in-depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and the relevant legislation and regulations governing military claims.
