Real Estate Solicitor, 4 Years PQE, Gloucestershire, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join this Legal 500-ranked Real Estate team in Gloucestershire JOB REF:TL2398

THE ROLE:
• You will be advising a broad and high-profile client base on commercial property transactions
• Assisting more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
• Your caseload will include Investment acquisitions and disposals, including sale and leaseback, Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and portfolio management and Development site acquisitions, agreements, and onward disposals
• You will also take part in business development initiatives.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with up to 4 PQE
• Hands-on experience in landlord and tenant work
• Strong title review and negotiation skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach to work and client service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
