Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £47,500+ (DOE) - We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing and friendly property team in Cornwall. JOB REF:2380

THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused conveyancer to take the next step in their career within a supportive, well-established firm.
• You will manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, acting for clients from initial instruction through to completion.
• You will be responsible for a busy caseload to include sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity and new builds and shared ownership.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all matters are handled efficiently, accurately and in line with the firm’s high professional standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
• Experience acting for clients in all aspects of residential and/or commercial conveyancing
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent client care
• You will have exceptional communication and organisational skills, attention detail and work well within a team environment.
