Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Legal Director), 6+ Years PQE, Worcestershire, £80,000+ (DOE) - An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to step into a pivotal Legal Director role with a well-established and growing firm in Worcestershire. JOB REF: 2139.

THE ROLE:
• This position is ideal for a senior lawyer who thrives on complex, high-value work and enjoys building long-term client and professional relationships.
• As Legal Director, you will play a key part in shaping the firm’s corporate and commercial offering, advising a diverse client base of individuals and businesses on a wide range of matters
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service and franchise agreements, and asset/share purchase agreements
• Advising on corporate structures, including shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements
• Providing strategic advice on company restructures and reconstructions, shareholder and warranty disputes, business sales, mergers and acquisitions, partnership deeds and related issues
• Taking an active role in business development by strengthening local professional networks and contributing to the firm’s continued commercial growth

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE
• Proven experience managing a broad and complex caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong commercial awareness, exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident working to deadlines and engaging at a senior level with clients and referrers
