Regulatory Solicitor, 4+ PQE, Birmingham, £70K-£85K (DOE). An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Solicitor to join a top tier Legal 500 law firm. THE ROLE

Manage an investigatory caseload concerning registrants’ fitness to practise.
Handle issues involving misconduct, competence or health concerns.
Prepare cases for hearings before relevant panels or committees.
Work on a varied and challenging mix of matters including large-scale fraud, multi-patient clinical failings and inappropriate or sexualised conduct.

THE CANDIDATE

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4 years’ PQE with experience in professional discipline, regulatory law, healthcare law or criminal litigation.
Strong analytical, organisational and case management skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and high-volume environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in evidential analysis, legal drafting and procedural strategy.
Confident in witness management and client liaison.
Advocacy or tribunal representation experience is highly valued.
Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care regulatory framework is an advantage.
