A well-established full-service law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy conveyancing department. In this position, you will take responsibility for managing your own diverse caseload of residential property matters while also offering guidance and support to junior members of the team. THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a long-established and highly regarded law firm based in Nottinghamshire. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a busy and friendly property team, handling a broad variety of residential conveyancing matters. You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages and new build transactions, while delivering a high-quality and client-focused service within a supportive and expanding practice.

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing and will be proactive, organised and detail oriented. Strong communication abilities and sound IT skills are essential, alongside the capability to run a diverse caseload independently. This role is well suited to someone seeking the next step in their career within a forward-thinking and encouraging environment. Applications are encouraged from qualified Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.
