OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied family law caseload independently, including divorce, finances, children matters, cohabitation, and domestic abuse.
• Deliver high-quality legal support, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout challenging situations.
• Hit the ground running with minimal supervision and contribute to the development of the department.
• Bring strong knowledge of family law and court procedures, with excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Use Microsoft Office, IT tools, and legal case management systems confidently.
