Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £50,000+ (DOE) – If you’re ambitious, client-focused, and eager to develop your expertise within a supportive and dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you. JOB REF: 1998.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages involving registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold properties
• Draft, review, amend, and issue legal documentation, including detailed transaction reports for clients and professional lenders
• Support colleagues across the department and maintain excellent communication with both existing and new clients

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will be confident and capable of managing a busy commercial property caseload with minimal supervision.
