• The successful candidate will take responsibility for a broad range of commercial Real Estate matters and will play a key role in enhancing and expanding the department’s complex land and agricultural work.

• Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, supported by strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in business development.

• You will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, confidently engaging with clients and colleagues, while positively contributing to the wider team and mentoring junior members as needed.

• The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including but not limited to the opportunity to earn 25% of any net billing over target.
