COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS’ PQE, NORTH YORKSHIRE, TO C£60,000 – Great opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm that is expanding its commercial property team JOB REF:1969
• A motivated and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer is being sought after by this highly regarded North Yorkshire law firm.
• You will take responsibility for a wide variety of commercial property transactions including business acquisitions and sales, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters and leases
• The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will have at least 3 years' PQE in commercial property and a proven track record of handling all types of commercial property transactions gained within a recognised practice.
• A sound understanding and grasp of all aspects of commercial property is crucial, together with a commercial attitude and positive approach to your work.
