Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Staffordshire, £55,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity. JOB REF: 1953

THE ROLE:
• You’ll work with a diverse client base including commercial landlords, developers, and agricultural businesses.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include commercial acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters, landlord and tenant transactions and development work
• You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• Confident in managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable building and maintaining strong client relationships
