Job Description
THE ROLE:
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements.
• Managing company constitutional changes, share structures and company secretarial tasks.
• Handling sales and purchases of shares and assets.
• Managing commercial contracts, franchise and joint venture agreements.
• Preparing debentures and handling directors’ guarantees.
• Supporting company refinancing and advising commercial and private clients.
• Conducting legal research and contributing to team projects.
• Ensuring efficient file management and smooth progression of matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
• Efficient, well organised and able to manage a varied caseload.
• Adaptable to changing client and business needs.
• Strong research skills and up-to-date legal knowledge.
