Job Description

Insolvency Solicitor, 4–6 Years PQE, London, £80,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to specialise in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse client base and a broad range of complex matters. JOB REF:1797.

THE ROLE:
• In this role, you’ll advise on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring, and recovery work.
• You’ll work closely with insolvency practitioners, lenders, and directors across a range of sectors, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the insolvency practice.
• You will also support more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Insolvency Solicitors with between 4–6 years’ PQE, with demonstrable experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work.
• Capable and confident to manage a varied caseload and supervise junior team members.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Existing insolvency industry connections would be advantageous.
