THE ROLE:
• Manage a broad and interesting caseload of private client work, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and complex IHT and CGT planning for high-net-worth individuals
• Advise on intricate family and agricultural estate matters, demonstrating a thorough understanding of relevant tax reliefs and trust structure
• Lead and develop team members, promoting a positive, collaborative culture and ensuring a consistently high standard of client service across the office
• Contribute to the department’s ongoing growth and reputation through technical excellence, effective management, and sound business development activity

THE CANDIDATE:
• An experienced Private Client Solicitor with strong technical knowledge and a proven background in tax and estate planning for high-net-worth clients
• A confident communicator who builds trust with clients and professional contacts through clarity, empathy, and discretion
• A proactive leader who enjoys mentoring others and fostering professional development within the team
• Commercially minded, with the ability to strengthen existing relationships and develop new business opportunities
