Residential Development Solicitor, 5+ PQE, Gloucestershire, Salary - £60K+ DOE. A progressive and well-established law firm in Gloucestershire is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Development Solicitor to join its growing real estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality residential development matters within a supportive and forward-thinking team environment. THE ROLE:
In this role you will manage a diverse range of matters including option agreements, conditional contracts and promotion agreements. You will liaise directly with developers, landowners and other stakeholders, providing clear, practical and commercially sound advice throughout each stage of the transaction.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in residential development work or a strong grounding in commercial property law. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent drafting skills and a genuine enthusiasm for building and maintaining client relationships. You will be proactive, commercially aware and confident in managing your own caseload with appropriate support.
