COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3-5 PQE, SUFFOLK, £55-65,000 (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity to join the market-leading dispute resolution team of a UK Top 50 law firm, where you will handle a high quality caseload and benefit from a competitive rewards package. JOB REF: 215301664

The appointed Solicitor will manage an independent caseload of complex commercial disputes, providing expert advice to a diverse client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, well regarded companies, and multinational organisations.

• The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and strong technical experience in complex commercial disputes, including the enforcement of restrictive covenants and shareholder disputes.

• You will be responsible for running and managing you own case files, utilising document management, CRM, and time recording systems, and assisting senior member of the team with their cases as required.

• You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves direct client interaction and participation in business development initiatives - supporting the growth of the practice by building new relationships and strengthening existing ones.

• You will have excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of commercial law, with the ability to provide practical, tailored advice to clients. A commercial mindset and a strong client-focused approach are essential.
