•The main focus of this role is shaping the future of regulation by producing clear, well-reasoned decisions, advice, and reports that can withstand external scrutiny.
•The appointed lawyer will lead and mentor a team, guiding them through risk and regulatory challenges while developing and delivering training to strengthen the organisation’s legal and regulatory expertise.
•The organisation is looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX Lawyer with extensive experience gained in private practice or in-house legal roles.
•The ideal candidate will excel at managing regulatory and operational risks, delivering practical solutions, and may have gained this experience through involvement in their previous firm’s compliance and regulatory practice.
