Job Description

Private Wealth Solicitor, Hampshire – Are you a Private Client Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE looking to develop your career in private wealth and inheritance law? Join a forward-thinking firm where your expertise will directly impact clients’ lives. JOB REF: 1534.

THE ROLE:
• Handle a varied caseload including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and estate administration
• Assist more senior members of the team with more complex inheritance tax and wealth preservation strategies
• Collaborate across departments such as family law and residential property to provide comprehensive client solutions
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 1–3 years PQE in Private Wealth / Inheritance Law
• Strong technical knowledge in wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning
• Exceptional client care and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive matters professionally
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload with precision
• STEP qualification advantageous
