JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years’ PQE

THE ROLE:
A Employment Solicitor is sought to join this dynamic and growing practice in West Midlands. Keen to expand their employment team, the appointed Employment Solicitor will possess the ability to deal with a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters and be able to provide advice to both employees and employers. Superb opportunity to deal with a broad client base as well as supervise and mentor junior members of the team.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Employment Solicitor will have at least 3 years’ PQE or other relevant qualified experience gained within a well-regarded regional or city firm and possess a sound knowledge of Employment Law. You will have a robust yet commercial approach with an ability to work under pressure, excellent written and oral communication skills and be a team player in order to always deliver high quality service.
