PRIVATE CLIENT LAWYER, 2+ PQE, SURREY, SALARY UP TO £35-45,000 (FTE). This is an excellent opportunity to join the experienced Wills, Trusts, and Probate team at a well-established and highly regarded firm. The firm are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable lawyer to work on a part-time basis (three days per week), contributing to the continued success of the team. JOB REF: 215301489

• The firm welcomes applications from non-qualified fee earners, Solicitors, and Legal Executives. However, prior experience in handling Private Client matters is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of non-contentious Private Client work, encompassing Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning, and providing expert advice on the mitigation of tax liabilities.

• You will demonstrate exceptional client care, offering clear and tailored guidance to a wide range of clients navigating sensitive and emotionally challenging circumstances.

• You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage confidently with clients and colleagues, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
