Job Description
RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, BERKSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £50-60,000 (DOE) + EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly skilled residential property team at a well-established law firm. JOB REF: 215301419
The successful candidate will oversee a busy caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and other related transactions. You will work closely with the Head of Department and other Fee Earners, with legal assistants support available.
• The firm welcomes applications from qualified Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing, and familiarity with Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) protocols.
• You will be expected to meet agreed targets and deadlines, utilise the firm’s case management systems, deliver work to a high standard with strong attention to detail, and maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout all stages of the conveyancing process.
• In addition, you will contribute to the firm’s business development and networking activities, helping to build strong relationships with clients and referrers.
