Residential Conveyancer - Locum

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM, PART TIME- 2 DAYS PER WEEK, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, £35 - £45 PER HOUR, IMMEDIATE START. A friendly firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to support their team on a part-time basis (2 days per week) while the firm hire permanently. JOB REF: 1413

•The appointed conveyancer will manage a caseload of around 40 residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

•This is an ongoing part-time assignment, requiring two days a week in the office until the firm makes a permanent hire.

•The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.

•The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, able to work independently, and demonstrate excellent client-care skills.
