Job Description

Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Devon, £50,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 1345.

THE ROLE:
• Provide a high-quality, effective legal service as a member of our busy Property Department.
• Independently manage a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership matters.
• Promote and develop the department and firm, both internally and externally.
• Engage with networking opportunities and attend external events as required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• You will have exceptional residential property experience, or have independently managed your own caseload.
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with lawyers and support staff.
• Show ambition, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional service.
