COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR – SENIOR LEVEL APPOINTMENT, 8+ YEARS’ PQE, CHESHIRE, UPTO C£80,000 DOE - Regional law firm seeking to expanding its commercial property services across the Cheshire region. JOB REF: 1316

• An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established law firm.
• As a Senior Associate or Director, you will play a key role in the growth and development of the team in Cheshire.
• You will be responsible for managing and conducting a broad range of commercial property matters including leases, sales and purchases.
• Tasked with building a successful, you will be expected to take the initiative with business development, focusing on bring in new clients as well as nurturing existing contacts, as well as recruiting, managing and mentoring colleagues as the team grows.
• You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 8 years’ PQE and a proven track record handling Commercial Property transactions. Highly organised, detail-focused, and an excellent communicator, you will be a collaborative team player with the proactive mindset required to build a team.
