Real Estate Finance Solicitor, 2–4 Years PQE, Worcester, £60,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong real estate finance background looking for a new challenge. JOB REF: 1272.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of real estate finance matters, to include loans relating to property sales and acquisitions, financing property development and refinancing existing debt
• Clients range from mainstream banks, bridging loan companies and individual borrowers.
• You will be confident and capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development and referrals across the wider firm

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Real Estate Finance Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE
• Technically excellent, with strong drafting and analytical skills
• Commercially astute, proactive, and well organised
• A strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills
