Job Description
LEGAL CASHIER – LOCUM, 4 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, WEST MIDLANDS, £16-£18 PER HOUR. The firm is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join a regional law firm on a locum basis JOB REF: 1220
•An experienced Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant will have at least 4 years of comprehensive accounting experience, capable of managing the firm’s financial transactions and accounts.
•Responsibilities will include processing automated bank payments, reconciling bank accounts, managing petty cash, raising and depositing cheques, handling payroll tasks, assisting with ledger enquiries, and processing card payments.
•The appointed candidate must hit the ground running with knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules and manage daily banking activities, including administration of office and client accounts.
•The full-time, office-based assignment requires a cover starting in October, with a possible extension into November, and on-site parking is available.
