PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 4+ PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, £60-75,000 (DOE). Outstanding opportunity to join the highly regarded Private Client department of this Legal 500 firm, with hybrid working and an extensive benefits package on offer. JOB REF: 215301200

• The role involves managing a broad range of private client matters, including drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, advising on estate planning and related tax issues, creating lifetime trusts, and handling probate and estate administration (including foreign domicile and intestacy).

• You will also prepare deeds of variation, gifts, and family arrangements, as well as advise on the setup and management of trusts.

• The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability and experience in preparing Wills, be STEP qualified or committed to obtaining the qualification, and possess a proven track record of managing their own caseload.

• You will demonstrate excellent client care, a flexible approach, the ability to prioritise and work under pressure, confidence working within a team, and an interest in business development.
