Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Solicitor, 5+ years’ PQE, Midlands, £Competitive (DOE).
Our client, who is a well-established firm, is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their rapidly growing team. You will take ownership of various client matters including wills, Power of Attorney, later life planning, estate administration, trusts and inheritance tax, whilst also providing leadership to junior team members and Trainee Solicitors. THE ROLE:
A well-respected regional law firm is seeking to strengthen its private client team with the addition of an experienced and forward-thinking legal professional. This role is ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong technical expertise across all areas of private client law, including wills, LPAs, probate, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning. You will also take on a pivotal role in guiding and supporting junior colleagues, providing mentoring and training to help them develop their skills.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and proven experience managing their own caseload, covering wills, LPAs, probate, and estate administration. STEP membership would be highly regarded. You should also demonstrate strong business development skills and the ability to manage more complex private client matters with confidence.

Travel to the firm’s other offices as well as client sites is required, therefore you must have a full driver’s license/own transportation
