OVERVIEW:
•The appointed solicitor will handle cases from initial assessment to final hearing and enforcement
•You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and technical development across the team
•Experience in using Case Management Systems and supervising or mentoring junior staff is essential
•The firm is seeking applications from qualified solicitor or legal executives with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
•The ideal candidate will be experienced in consumer contract disputes and professional negligence claims, managing fast-track, intermediate, and multi-track cases
