•The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, covering acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters, and property development projects.

•Responsibilities include handling landlord and tenant issues, property finance matters, and commercial licences. The firm expects you to offer exceptional client service and the ability to develop strong client relationships.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial property matters and experience handling landlord & tenant and property finance matters.

•The appointed solicitor will demonstrate commercial acumen and a focus on providing a high standard of client service.

•You will have outstanding communication and client management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients across diverse business sectors.

•The firm is interested in senior solicitors with a network of contacts, who would be well-placed to discuss a defined pathway to partnership, if not an immediate opportunity.
