Insolvency Solicitor (Newly Qualified), Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a Newly Qualified Insolvency Solicitor to join a market-leading Insolvency and Restructuring team in Birmingham. JOB REF: 0973.

THE ROLE:
• This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a thriving practice, working directly on challenging, impactful projects.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload advising banks, asset-based lenders, boards of directors and insolvency practitioners on the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring issues.
• You will also support more senior members of the team with more complex matters.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience within insolvency law.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ambition to grow your expertise and career in this specialist field.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
