OVERVIEW:
•Join a firm that is experts in compensation claims and specialise in industrial disease
•The firm handles matters relating to, hearing loss and military hearing loss, asbestos claims and vibration white finger claims
•You will handle a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files
•Aspects of the job include taking and drafting witness statements, obtaining and reviewing records, liability investigations and preparing for conferences and hearings
•You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of industrial disease matters
•The appointed lawyer will be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision
•The successful lawyer will have good technical abilities as well as strong client communication to offer high quality service to client
