Job Description

Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Cornwall, £37,000+ (DOE) – We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive join a highly regarded Property Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, build your own caseload, and contribute to an experienced and supportive team handling high-quality commercial property work. JOB REF:0906.

THE ROLE:
• Assist with and manage a varied caseload of commercial property development matters
• Deliver high-quality technical legal advice with exceptional client service
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and support new business opportunities
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team that encourages personal and professional growth
• Play an active role in business development initiatives to raise your and the team’s profile
• Travel between offices will be required

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executive with up to 3 Years PQE in property law
• Experienced in handling property transactions
• Client-focused, commercially aware, and committed to delivering excellent service
• Confident, motivated, and eager to contribute to a thriving team
• Open to learning and mentoring, with a collaborative mindset
