Residential Conveyancer, 2+ PQE, West Sussex, up to £50,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join a dedicated Residential Property team, offering generous holiday entitlement, private healthcare, a pension scheme, and free on-site parking. JOB REF: 215300871
OVERVIEW:
• This firm are accepting applications from experienced Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• The role will primarily involve managing a caseload of Freehold purchases and sales, with occasional work on leasehold transactions, enfranchisement, re-mortgages, new build matters, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and equity release cases.
• You must have strong technical expertise in Residential Property matters, work independently, and effectively manage a diverse client base while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional client service and support.
