Private Client Fee Earner, 2+ PQE, West Sussex, Excellent Salary & Benefits. • The firm are accepting applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in private client law.

• The role involves managing a caseload primarily focused on probate and estate administration, covering matters from estates below the inheritance tax threshold to more complex, taxable estates. You will support clients with tax planning, drafting wills, preparing powers of attorney, and handling Court of Protection matters.

• Your work will also include managing finances, applying for relevant benefits where appropriate, administering trusts, advising on home care options, protecting assets in cases of long-term residential or nursing care, and reviewing care home contracts.

• You should possess strong technical expertise, particularly in inheritance tax (including IHT400 forms and relevant schedules), along with excellent IT skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
