Are you experienced in residential conveyancing or plot sales and looking for a role that offers flexibility and a great team environment? We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised Conveyancer to join a busy legal team supporting one of the UK’s leading housebuilders.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing the full process of new home sales – from sending out contracts and handling enquiries to exchanging and completing.
Working closely with sales and technical teams to keep things moving and on track.
Helping with the sale of part-exchange properties.
Making sure all legal checks (like AML and source of funds) are properly handled.
Keeping reports and records up to date and accurate.
Supporting colleagues and joining in team meetings and training when needed.
What we’re looking for:
At least 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales.
Solid understanding of the conveyancing process.
Comfortable handling a busy workload while staying calm under pressure.
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
