Private Wealth & Inheritance Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Hampshire, £Competitive (DOE) – You will play a pivotal part in this highly regarded Private Wealth & Inheritance team, with the opportunity to work on a wide range of private client matters. JOB REF:0732

THE ROLE:
• Handling a varied caseload of wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and estate administration.
• Advising on complex inheritance tax and wealth preservation strategies.
• Collaborating across departments to include family law and residential property, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Mentoring and supporting junior solicitors and trainees.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a between 4–8 years PQE in Private Wealth and Inheritance Law.
• Solid technical knowledge in wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
• Exceptional client care and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload with attention to detail.
• STEP qualification would be advantageous
