Property Litigation Solicitor, 1+ Years’ PQE, Berkshire, £Competitive – We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE to join a leading team in Berkshire. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a broad range of real estate disputes within a supportive and progressive environment. JOB REF: 0660

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, forfeiture and breach of covenant claims, adverse possession, boundary, and right of way issues and possession claims and rent recovery
• Supporting senior team members on complex, high-value cases
• You will be working closely with partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to top-tier work and clients.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years PQE
• Demonstrates strong technical ability and excellent drafting skills
• Has a commercial mindset and enjoys solving complex legal issues
• Is a confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment but is also capable of managing their own caseload
