Job Description

Residential Conveyancing Executive, 1+ Years PQE, Staffordshire, £27,000+ (DOE) – Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a progressive, client-focused law firm offering excellent support, high-quality work, and clear career progression? JOB REF:0611.

THE ROLE:
• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more.
• Deliver high standards of client care and ensure expectations are managed regarding outcomes, risks and timescales.
• Liaise effectively with all stakeholders including estate agents, mortgage providers and clients.
• Participate in business development and contribute to the team’s continued success.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with minimum 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Confident handling a full caseload independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first approach.
• A strong team player with a willingness to supervise and support junior colleagues (previous experience in this area would be advantageous).
• Keen interest in business development and networking.
