OVERVIEW:
•You will manage a caseload of military claims both litigated and pre-litigated
•Overseeing industrial disease claims as necessary
•Applications are open to qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
•A proven track record in handling complex and high-value claims involving the Ministry of Defence.
•Experience handling fast track and multi-track litigated cases involving both short-tail and long-tail diseases, as well as other industrial disease claims
•Experience managing a high workload while demonstrating strong knowledge of litigation, the Civil Procedure Rules, and military claims regulations and legislation
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders
