Job Description

LITIGATION SOLICITOR - LOCUM, 3+ PQE, GLOUCESTERSHIRE/ HYBRID, £45-£50 PER HOUR. An exciting locum opportunity is now available for an experienced litigator to join a reputable firm, offering a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements. JOB REF: 0590

•You will be expected to manage and progress an existing caseload of litigation matters—including employment, property, contentious probate, professional negligence, and some commercial disputes.

•Full secretarial support will be provided for the assignment, which is set to begin as soon as possible and run through the end of September, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office and two days from home.

•The appointed solicitor will possess at least three years of post-qualification experience and a solid background in locum roles, enabling them to quickly adapt and contribute effectively from day one.

•The firm is seeking an experienced solicitor with a proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and deliver high quality legal services. Strong communication skills and a client focused approach are essential for success in this role.
