THE ROLE:
The role involves working with the wider Employment team to provide general advice to employers on a broad range of matters. You will draft contracts, policies, and settlement agreements, and support senior members of the team with employment tribunal claims. You will also participate in business development efforts and assist with training delivery to HR and management teams in relation to employment law.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE with experience ideally gained at a commercial law firm. You should be driven and confident in managing your own caseload within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with a proven track record of building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
